Personal Data

After registering, you become a Tekinspire Infotechmember. We request students to provide Personal Data that includes personal information that can be used to contact or individually identify you.Personal data includes, but is not limited to, name, age, email address, permanent address, etc. However, it does not include credit card numbers or billing information. We do not store any of the credit card or banking information.

We collect information on students' email addresses to send communication via email. To provide you with additional services, we may also request to fill in details about your name, general location, telephone number. We may use Personal Data to operate, improve, understand, and personalize our Services. For example, the company might require furnishing trainers with some or all of the information to help them seamlessly coordinate with their classes. However, the company shall not share any Personal Data with unaffiliated third parties except without the consent of the students. Though we employ industry-standard measures to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose Personal Data when required by law or when we have good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process that we receive or to protect our interests or that of others. All parties involved shall be liable to protect the confidentiality of such information and to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Voluntary Disclosure

Any Personal Data that the student voluntarily discloses in public domains becomes publicly available. Such information can be collected and used by other users, including Tekinspire Infotech, for any purpose. The student has the ability to change your account settings to limit public access to your profile.A student can contact us if they require assistance in controlling their account privacy settings or deleting content. However, a student needs to be aware that removing posted content does not ensure complete removal of the content or information (e.g., some content may be "invisible" to other users but remain on our servers in some form). Therefore, you should exercise caution before disclosing your Personal Data via these or any other public venues.

For example, suppose a student chooses to sign up for a Tekinspire Infotech account. In that case, they may have a Profile on the site with basic information such as the students's full name, location, contact number, email id, bio, etc.Students can also opt to add additional information to their Profile. Students canuse Account Settings to control the visibility of their Profile information to others. We recommend that you guard your anonymity and sensitive information, and we encourage members to think carefully about what information about themselves they disclose on their profile pages. You can review and revise your profile information at any time.

Student's Privacy

Tekinspire Infotech does not authorize the use of our website by minors under the age of 16 years, consistent with the terms of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the United States Children's Online Privacy Act of 1998 (COPPA) and will never request the personal information of minors without parental consent.

For example, all teacher payments for classes are processed through third-party payment processors. As discussed above, we do not receive any credit card information you provide to our third-party payment processors. All such information is subject to their privacy policies.

Teachers

As discussed above, we may provide your Personal Data to the trainersto aid them in better coordinating their classes. As part of our Terms of Use, Tekinspire Infotech trainers are bound by the company policy not to abuse your Personal Data in any way. Abuse is defined as using Personal Data for any purpose other than those explicitly specified in the trainer's class. However, any transaction between you and the trainer cannot be controlled by us. In that case, we cannot control a trainer's actions and cannot be held liable for any actions they may take.
